What a journey this has been. Actually I can't wait to build this site and collage all the rich and wonderful "stuff" that is my professional life. Working with singers is the most inspiring thing I have ever done. Now I am working with teens, some of whom are very little interested in music, at least the music that is taught at school. This has to be one of the greatest tragedies of arts education. I'm hoping I can make a difference for some of these young learners. It's a bit of a mission I suppose, and I expect there will be days when I want to quit. But I'm not a quitter. At least not yet. So I am feeling hopeful and determined. Who needs sleep? Who needs lunch? And by the way, when do teachers pee?
